Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email withing 5 days to let you know your order is on the way! Delivery is typically within 5 days of shipment notification; however is dependent upon published carrier timelines.
Store Pickup: During checkout, you will have the option to select “store pick up”. If this selection is made, there is no cost associated with shipping, delivery, pick up. Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up, please contact us to schedule pick up. Order Pick up address is typically our business address: 9 Lincoln Place, Waldwick, NJ 07463; however arrangements for local delivery would include alternative addresses including but not limited to public locations, customer delivery address etc.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Grayhill Woodworking LLC typically ships through United States Postal Service or UPS, however we reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers.
International Shipping: Order processing for international shipments is typically 5 days. Carrier Delivery timelines for international shipping are typically between 8 and 20 days, however is dependent upon published carrier timelines and customs laws. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grayhill Woodworking LLC is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days from purchase date; no refunds beyond 30 days from purchase date
The following Goods cannot be returned:

● The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Upon successful receipt of the returned product Grayhill Woodworking LLC will refund the cost of the product and any applied sales tax within 3 business days of receipt of product. Shipping charges are not subject to refund
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
